Originally intended for West's unreleased Yandhi album, the track and it's music video was premiered at 2018's inaugural Pornhub awards. West was named the creative director of the awards show. I Love It features additional vocals from Adele Givens, who recreated a line from her Def Comedy Jam sketch from 1992. Despite it's sexually suggestive lyrics, the song performed surprisingly well on the US Billboard 200, debuting at number six.

The song's music video shows West and Lil Pump dancing around in body suits reminiscent of character's from the video game Roblox. The duo follows Adele Givens down a hallway, while she turns around periodically and discourages them from rapping their vulgar lyrics.

A clean version of the song, dubbed the Freaky Girl Edit, was released on September 30, 2018.
